📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Service Agreement

  • By booking a service, you agree to our service terms and policies.
  • All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • CarChamkao reserves the right to refuse service in case of unsafe conditions.

2. Service Access

  • Customer must provide safe access to vehicle and water/electricity if required.
  • Vehicle should be parked in a safe and accessible location.
  • Delay due to restricted access may lead to rescheduling.

3. Payments

  • All bookings must be prepaid unless agreed otherwise.
  • Pricing may change without prior notice.
  • Founder pricing and promotional offers are valid for limited time only.

4. Liability

  • Pre-service photos may be taken for quality and safety verification.
  • Any damage claim must be reported within 24 hours.
  • Maximum liability per incident is limited and subject to internal review.

5. Subscription Plans

  • Monthly plans are valid only within billing cycle.
  • Missed washes due to customer unavailability are not refundable.
  • Plan benefits are non-transferable.
