1. Service Scope

  • Daily wash: exterior + basic interior dusting
  • 360 wash: exterior + interior + mats
  • Detailing: separate booking only

2. Damage & Scratch Policy

  • Pre-service photos are taken for every wash
  • Any concern must be reported within 24 hours
  • Light marks corrected on-spot
  • Max liability per incident: ₹2,000
  • Repainting not covered

3. Cancellation & Refund

  • Monthly plans are non-refundable
  • Services valid for billing cycle only
  • Weather / society restrictions not refundable

4. Pricing Validity

  • Founder pricing expires April 1
  • Standard pricing applies automatically
