💰 REFUND POLICY

1. General Refund Policy

  • All service bookings are confirmed only after payment.
  • Once a wash service is completed, it is non-refundable.
  • Refunds are only applicable if the service is not delivered.

2. Cancellation Before Service

  • Cancellations made at least 30 minutes before scheduled time are eligible for rescheduling.
  • Same-day last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refund.
  • Advance payments may be adjusted to future bookings instead of cash refund.

3. Monthly Plan Refunds

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
  • Unused washes within billing cycle will expire automatically.
  • Service pauses due to personal reasons are not refundable.

4. Service Quality Concerns

  • Any service issue must be reported within 24 hours.
  • Our team will inspect and re-service if required.
  • Refunds are not issued without inspection verification.

5. Payment Refund Timeline

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing delays from banks/payment gateways are not under our control.
