Cancellation Before Service<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellations made at least 30 minutes before scheduled time are eligible for rescheduling.<\/li>\n<li>Same-day last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refund.<\/li>\n<li>Advance payments may be adjusted to future bookings instead of cash refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"cc-policy-block\">\n<h3>3. Monthly Plan Refunds<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.<\/li>\n<li>Unused washes within billing cycle will expire automatically.<\/li>\n<li>Service pauses due to personal reasons are not refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"cc-policy-block\">\n<h3>4. Service Quality Concerns<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Any service issue must be reported within 24 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Our team will inspect and re-service if required.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds are not issued without inspection verification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"cc-policy-block\">\n<h3>5.
